
Ethan Droze
Born on November 5, 2005, and raised in the heart of Atlanta, Ethan Droze developed an early connection to the world of filmmaking. At just eight years old, he stumbled across his first camera, sparking a passion for cinematography, editing, music, and storytelling that has since become central to his life. Ethan is currently studying filmmaking at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where he met his creative partner, Finn Bell, during their first in-person interview on campus. The two quickly connected and co-founded Purpled Orange, a small production company focused on creative filmmaking and video production. Ethan is best known for Tchotchke (2026), a horror short selected for Fresh Meat, Dead Meat’s nationwide theatrical horror anthology.
